This type pages are not SEO Friendly,

SEO friendly page URL and the page title to be same like,

Today i gonna to show Create a page with Custom URL in Blogger

First go to Blogger Dashboard > Select Your Blog > Pages > New Page

In the page Title write your page URL (what you want).
publish this page and check the URL,

Now you can edit your page title and page description,
but URL doesn't change.
